Pisco sour cocktails kicked off a delicious Secret Foodies dinner last week at Latin American restaurant Morena in Surry Hills. Peruvian Head Chef Alejandro Saravia created a 4 course meal, incorporating ingredients and dishes signature to different parts of South America include alpaca. Check out photos from the night here!

Ceviche Amazonico: NZ King Salmon, sour orange and charapita dressing with plantain fritters

Tamal Verde: Colombian style green tamal, beetroot, radish and enshallot salad with Aji Amarillo dressing

Caudril: Cape grim Grain feed caudril beef, smoked eggplant and ricotta puree, saute radishio

Biscocho de frutas y suspito de Morena: Traditional Latin American fruit cake, served with smooth Peruvian caramel and diced pineapple
