4) Upon Request: A custom 'ticketing page' so you can send your friends a link to make payment. Saves you chasing everyone for the money! (Set up is complimentary. Our ticketing provider charges $2 + 2% per ticket passed on at checkout)

Dumplings Wild WA scallop, king prawn, crisp shallots, chives & nuoc cham dressing

Australian Barramundi marinated in turmeric fermented rice paste & charred in bamboo leaf, bun noodles, herbs & crushed peanuts
BBQ Bannockburn chicken aged in Vietnamese miso & lime leaf paste
Clay pot rice w lotus seed, shiitake mushrooms & lotus leaf
Vietnamese shredded green papaya salad, hot mint, red onion & sour herbs
